One therapies can be done to prevent this use Birth balls. balls fatigue caused by long duration labor. purpose articel was provide an overview effect birth ball exercises on progress first stage This research used Literature Review method. sampling method purposive technique selecting articles with appropriate topics. results study through stages identification, screening, eligibility include, found giving therapy accelerating maternity mothers. because exercise able relieve pressure increase area pelvis, encourage baby's head descend, help uterine contractions more effectively, accelerate cervical dilation, relax ligaments pelvis.
